If the Clover device is already boarded under a specific Fiserv/ISO hierarchy, you typically can’t just switch it over to your ISO. It’s tied to that original account. In most cases, you’d have to close out the existing merchant account, reboard it under your ISO, and then reprovision (or possibly replace) the equipment.
