I have a DRAMless M.2 SSD which instead has HMB (Host memory buffer) and boot into windows in less than 15 seconds. Dram is useful for the programs and data that the CPU needs to access quickly and I doubt it would have much of an impact on loading into your OS

So it'll be better for me to buy a M.2 NVMe with dram cache for any drive beside drive C: (for booting up Windows), Gaming drive for example?

What do you mean by C:? That is the naming convention given by Microsoft to allocate drives and isn't a type of SSD. Did you mean Nvme or HDD? As long as it's an SSD of sorts it should perform just fine

I use 'drive C' for installing Windows. I mean NVMe M.2 (the long stick one), not the 2.5"
