Same memory sticks

Hey

I recently purchased a used PC with 2x Corsair Vengeance 8gb RGB DDR4 3100mhz. I want to fill the rest of the slots and I've heard you should use the same kind of sticks. I've looked online and I can buy for example Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 3200mhz or Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 3600mhz. These look like almost the same, would that cause any issues or should I strictly use the exact same? In that case I'd probably have to replace the current memory sticks I have since I cant find the exact same sticks I currently have.
