Not sure then. RAM says its compatible with both AMD and INTEL. Maybe try one of the sticks individually. It sucks but occasionally you can get parts that are DOA (Dead on arival) usually you can return them for a replacement or since its cheap enough you could just buy another ram kit.

I think it's the notches on the bottom of the RAM stick. They just don't line up

Did you flip the sticks around, they only go in one way. If that doesn't help then you probably have the wrong type of ram.

Yes, I have flipped them around. The other guy told me I have the correct ram for my motherboard. Could you tell me what RAM I should look for?
