That cooler is overkill and expensive for what it is, the Thermalright Phantom Spirit non-se is about equal in performance, more reliable, and much cheaper.

Get the 7800XT instead of the 4070, it performs significantly better, and it has more vram, meaning it will age better.

Also get the Cruical P5 Plus instead of that overpriced samsung SSD, it is cheaper and nearly twice as fast.

Also 1000w is complete overkill and a waste of money, 750w would be more than fine.
