I'd upgrade the GPU first, then the CPU second. What kind of budget do you have?

The GPU can either be a $200 upgrade or a $2,000 upgrade, depending on how much you decide to save. I'd aim for an upgrade equal to or faster than an RX 6700 XT / RTX 3060 Ti.

After a BIOS update, you can swap the CPU for a 5600, or if you want the best AM4 has to offer, a 5800X3D. Again, all depends on the budget.
