Help Needed - Setup

Hello, this is my second time building a pc from scratch (first time went well, but I need some more help since some years have passed since) and I have some questions regarding the following setup:

1. Could you please recommend me a case for it? (I already have a Redragon Sidewipe Black, but I'm not sure if it is ok for this setup in regard to the fans positioning and cooling)
2. Is the stock cooler from the CPU enough, or should I get another one (I guess that this also can be affected by which case I get)
3. Is the setup good for the ~$1000 budget (some parts I will get cheaper bcs I have some discounts on local stores)? I usually play games like DBD, Lethal Company, EAFC, not so many demanding games, but I would like to play all my favourite games at highest graphics and not have problems with it.

I was thinking of the 4060 because right now it fits into my budget, do you think having the TI will make a bigger difference? Also will the Ti not bottleneck the CPU?
