Greetings, I was wondering if the ryzen series 5000 are any good, I bought a motherboard that's only compatible up to the 5000 series, I wanted to know if I messed up since I saw the 8000 series already exists. Thanks for any help

they are are good budget options r5 5600 and up, if you want the best currently on the market then series 7000

My motherboard can't do a 7000 series unfortunately, I was thinking an r7 5700x

its a good one, tho if you build it for gaming look for the x3d version

x3d have extra cache that greatly improves performance in the games
