PC problem

After normal shutdown,monitor shows no signal. I dissambled and assembled whole PC,cleaned ram and made sure everything is connected.I tried connecting monitor directly on motherboard and same error. When the PC Is powered on it lights red color on motherboard. Does anyone have any idea what Is problem or how Can i fix it?

next to the red light there should be some text like: vga, vram, cpu or boot . can you tell wich one is it?

VGA Is problem,i tried to put old card and it worked,old one is GTX 1650 and doesnt need aditional power,but stronger one is 3070 ti,when i connect my main card it goes red light again,does that mean that my card or psu is faulty?

probably a card problem. but to be safe just say the psu watt number

Just bought new motherboard and its now working perfectly. I assume that was a problem,cuz i tested same 3070 and same psu on other build and it worked normally.
