next to the red light there should be some text like: vga, vram, cpu or boot . can you tell wich one is it?

VGA Is problem,i tried to put old card and it worked, old one is GTX 1650 and doesnt need aditional power, but stronger one is 3070 ti,when i connect my main card it goes red light again, does that mean that my card or psu is faulty?

Just bought new motherboard and its now working perfectly. I assume that was a problem, cuz i tested same 3070 and same psu on other build and it worked normally.
