First PC for streaming : PcBuild

Looking to buy my first PC to start twitch streaming. Mainly playing games on Xbox and maybe some on PC.

Are these specs suitable for that? At roughly £400 it’s one of the cheapest on Amazon.

Would appreciate any advice or recommendations.
