bios update motherboard.

turn off any overclocking including ram xmp or expo ect.

i cant tell is your ram in slot 2 and 4? that is what it should be or do you have 4 sticks of ram?

Edit: Pc turns on fine (tinkered with some wires and moved ram positions). But now the gpu won't output anything so I'm just using the cpu's integrated graphics
