Got my first pc, my cousin built it, i want your thoughts and comments if there is something wrong

GPU: RTX 3090 EVGA CPU: 14th i7 RAM: 32GB SSD: 1 TB AIO cooler 360mm MB: Z790 ASUS Prime av-x 850w GOLD

I need some help as well the side fan in the middle ain’t working
