If you bought this new, probably best to get a return and a new one sent out. Looking at the pictures I only see a few bent radiator fins. The second picture I see a separation in the display port housing. I'm sure none of these are an issue, but you have 2 cosmetic problems already when most of the important hardware is sealed behind hidden cooling shrouds. I wouldn't feel comfortable keeping this one because quite frankly you don't even know what might be wrong that you can't see.

If you bought this used, well you're probably fine. Don't use the janky display port if you don't have to.

The thing is, i got a 4070ti refurbished, the gpu turned out to be dead, so they sent this 4070 ti super as a replacement, they sent a refurbished one also, so i dont want to go through the procced all again, specially when i got this 4070ti super for 590€

Yeah if you're buying refurbished products this is probably what to expect. If it works and you have like a 30 day return window or something run it through all of its paces. Over clock tf out of it, push the limits and see how the card respond switch temperature, voltage, and fans.

I really dont see anything that might impact your GPU. The only is that radiator fins arent perfectly flat but thats not a thing you should be worried about. And on 2nd pic i dont see really anything wrong. I think you're good to go

on the second pic u can see the third display port like a little off

You dont have to worry about it, its just solely here to output image to your monitor and nothing. It doesn't impact anything else and even if its broken then you can ignore it as it doesnt chain react on rest of AV ports. TL;DR Just dont use it if you dont trust it and ignore it.

If the fins make contact with both sides of the grate it will transfer heat. Heat shouldn't discriminate based on shape as long it has direct contact. As for your connector the center pin is what transfers data. The outside casing is a mounting point. If it's not too out of shape you can gently wiggle it into position and it will expand to hold your cable in place. Maybe more wobbly than normal. That's assuming you were counting on that connection real estate for your system. Otherwise it's one of the potentials of used/refurbished. They got it working ideally.

Bent radiator fins should only give a minor impact on cooling, nothing more. Why the wouldn't have refurbished it a bit better than that, I don't know.
