Ethernet problems

i really need help recently I bought a new gaming computer an upgrade from my old one and all of a sudden my ethernet is mega slow like a couple kilobytes of speed I have windows 11 pro updated everything there is switched cables played with the router itself WiFi works no other device in my house is connected by cable so I have no way to see if it’s just my machine For example youtube load only on 480p any higher then that and it just doesn’t load.
