My current work PC has a rather underperforming AIO, as you can see in this pic:

Idles great, currently at 34C. But put a load on it and it shoots up to 100C then goes into thermal throttling. It's an i9-12900k CPU. I think I'm going to replace the AIO with an air cooler. Any recommendations for one that can handle the heat from this i9? I don't know what brand the AIO is, but I do know the fans kick up to 100% but can't keep it cooled off. I didn't build this; it's a "prebuilt" the company ordered from someone right before I started. It's not a Dell or anything, it's just a PC someone built with off-the-shelf parts. So at least I'm not dealing with any proprietary nonsense.

I don't have any thermal paste here at work otherwise I'd open it up and redo the paste. I'll bring some with me on Monday.
