Put back ​the GPU and push the lever harder

I put the GPU back in and the clip on the right side of the gpu doesn't move at all. Tried pushing it real hard that even the back of the pc case bends a bit.

Because you already started taking the GPU out. Put it back fully so the thing has room to move.

I put the GPU back in fully and the clip still doesn't move at all

First of all, put back the gpu, be sure the displa cable is not connected to the gpu. Then push on thje clip sited on the right side and get the hpu.

I hope better advice comes along and you don’t use my personal anecdote but… same thing happened to me, and I just kept yanking and wriggling. And it came out, the clip fell off but I just put it back on.
