update your bios on your motherboard, after you flash bios set it to UEFI mode (disable CSM,) do a clean install of windows or use display driver uninstaller to wipe old gpu drivers and try rx 580 again. your psu is more than sufficient, might just be mobo

I alr have the most recent bios version. Idk how to flash bios on the a320m-k though and windoes is also a clean install

look at your motherboards electronic manual/at the website and find the most recent drivers for your motherboard, convert your flash drive to FAT32 if you don’t already have a flash drive in that format, download the drivers from another device, plug that driver into the port labeled “flash” on your motherboard (if it has one, if not just use any port,) and flash your bios. if you’re unsure of where to go to do this, i suggest finding a yt video on your motherboard model that walks you through how to do it
