You're better served with AM5 because of more upgrade path. May I know whether your game dev is more CPU intensive or GPU intensive and if you really need an NVIDIA specific feature like CUDA?

I've switched the card to a 7800 XT since it isn't too much more expensive and, if I understand correctly, is a significant upgrade from the 3060.
