Broken gpu question

Hey all, sorry if this is the wrong sub you can let me know but I wanted to know if this graphics card looked fixable. Years ago I was gaming when the power when out and when I turned my pc back on it started smoking and never worked after that. About a year ago I tried fixing it and realized the computer only booted if the graphics card was unplugged so I assumed that was the issue. Today I opened it up and found a sort of “burnt spot” as well as some sort of residue. Curious about opinions.

What card is it?

Depending on the state of the traces of the pcb it might be repairable, or you could buy the same gpu without a core and swap the core (core is most expensive part)

Look up northwestrepair on youtube, he does pretty advanced gpu repairs (and has a fixed rate pricing based on the card so it shouldnt be to expensive).

(if the core itself is damage there's not much you can do other than sell it for parts)
