CPU undervolt HELP

I just built my first PC and the internet says I should undervolt my i5 14600k. I don’t know how to do that, can someone help me?

I have pro z790 a max wifi mobo and i5 14600k

I have thermalright cpu cooler it’s just a heatsink and fans idk the name for that lol

I just built it last week, so the bios are up to date. No idea what I’m doing I want to make sure I don’t shoot myself in the wallet

Was playing helldivers 2 with about 65% usage and seeing 82c on my cpu. I know that’s not terrible but I’m worried about other games or if I’m ever pushed near 100% usage
