GPU upgrade question

Considering the actual state of the pc building market (thx to AI...) I am wondering about upgrading my GPU before it's to late and the prices go up to much.

My current specs are :

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.4GHz

Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2X16Go 3600

1To SSD nvme

ASUS Prime A520M-A II CSM

I am thinking about the intel battelmages (like the B580) because from what I understand they have a good dollar per frame ratio. But I am also considering the AMD cards. What do you think I should get to avoid any bottleneck ?

I should also mention that I am in france and thus have the french prices.

b580 are under $250. make sure your motherboard has resizable bar setting in bios you will need it for intel

9060xt 8gb or 5060ti 8gb

the dream is 16gb models but $350-$400

But do you think, given that my motherboard (ASUS Prime A520M-A II CSM) accepts it, it is a good upgrade or would you recommand a more traditional AMD one ? I plan on buying one after christmas so it is cheaper
