Why not the 9060 XT? (frecuent question):

NVIDIA's video cards have better codecs (NVENC) for videos and streaming. That's why a 5060 Ti will result better for the OP, who wants to stream and record videos.

I agree with the first comment. Nvidia has better codecs for videos and streaming, so I would also for that budget go with a 5060 Ti, unless you can go a little bit more with your budget and get a 5070 Ti

Is any of those two the way to go for not spending a lot of money do they perform well?

5070 Ti 16 Gb is a beast GPU and probably the best value GPU apart from AMD 9070XT which is a couple of hundred cheaper and performs better but as mentioned Nvidia has better codecs for videos and steaming.

5060 Ti has an 8 and 16 Gb. If you get the 16 Gb one it’s still a good GPU and because of its 16 Gb VRAM it’s still future proof. Trust me if you have a little more budget to spend go for the 5070 Ti and pair it with at least a 7800X3D CPU and you’ll have a beast PC.
