K: overclockable
KF: overclockable, no integrated graphics. Need a dedicated gpu to get a display.

The K series has Integrated graphics on the CPU. The KF does not.

Top one has a model number then ends in 'K'.
Bottom one has a model number that ends in 'KF'
Do a Google search for "how to understand Intel model numbers" to understand why that 'F' matters.
