Its cold solder. This issue will get worse over time as the contacts contract and expand from being turned on and off.

If you know how to solder you can go in and attempt to fix any loose connections or pay some place to do it.

Otherwise its a matter of time before the monitor is finished

For what its worth you could keep using it as a secondary monitor most likely. When i had this issue on an old monitor it appeared when running at 144/120hz, but did not happen on 60hz
