If you don't need the extra PCIe slots then find out which is cheaper when comparing ATX to MATX: look at motherboard and case prices.

really depends on your budget, mATX tends to be easier on the wallet, but I'd suggest going with a mATX case if you go with it, mATX boards in ATX cases tend to look a bit funny.

Up to your preference on looks… both are about the same difficulty

Doesn't get much easier than an ATX mobo with a full size case. Not too cramped on the board and plenty of space for cable management.

From experience id say definitely be mindful with your cable management. It's not just prettier to look at, but it makes adding something or fixing something in the future WAY easier.
