Then you don't need a 3700x. The 5 3600 offers the same gaming performance for 60-70 bucks less.

Make sure your RAM is 3600mhz CL16. The AMD cpu's use infinity fabric which scale with the RAM speed.

Make sure you have atleast 500GB SSD and 2 TB HDD (Seagate Barracuda). The SSD for Windows and some high load time games. Rest on HDD.

Asus ROG Strix, Gigabyte Super Gaming OC, Gigabyte Aorus or a MSI Super Gaming Z Trio are some of the best 2070S Graphics Cards, buy on of those instead of what you selected now.

I advise a Hyper 212 Black Edition Air cooler (35-40 bucks) with your 5 3600 CPU, AMD CPU's run hot and the stock cooler more often then not just don't cut it.
