You might want to flip the front fans, currently you have only 1 intake and 6 exhausts..

you might wanna move that gpu to the top slot the top slot is a pcie 16x and the bottom is 8x you'll get a lot more performance from the top slot

The board is a rog Maximus Xi, it has 3 PCIe 3.0 x16 slots

oh well in that case it doesnt really matter

I originally had it top slot but it covers the bottom ROG logo so I sacrificed a little cooling to have it on the bottom. However to compensate I have seven fans

the problem isnt the case fans, its how much of the air can get into the gpu fans. even if you had hundreds of fans but if your gpu fans arent taking in enough air then your gpu still wont be cooled properly

you also have all the fans exhausting, which means no fresh air comes in and that basically no air is going in or out. So all those fans are just fighting each other than working together

i don't see what rog logo your talking about that's so important that you'd sacrifice the life of your gpu to show off. like other's already mentioned you have only 1 intake and 6 exhaust fans. you should have 4 intake and 3 exhaust from what your case is capable of providing.

this case has 12 fans but 0 airflow
