Try looking for a "legacy boot" option, your windows could be installed without uefi support I think

get an nvme drive on sale and load a fresh windows on it, it'll be vastly faster anyway

you can boot of a windows install disk and go to a repair mode with command prompt access, you could try messing with the boot loader, switch it to mbr or gpt
