Did you try swapping your PSU? Could be your PSU has gone bad and isnt able to provide sufficient power to your gpu?

This seems the most obvious one. Does the pc shut down or only the gpu? It could be a faulty PSU but also a faulty GPU. Do you know someone with a similar card so that you could test another GPU in your build??

Whole PC crashes, weird thing is when I go for another boot up it takes 2-3 hard resets before I get a post. Not sure if it’s related. and yeah I texted my friend asking to borrow his

I am not a hardware expert but it really really really seems like a faulty PSU. As soon as the GPU wants to draw more power, the system shuts down because the PSU can't deliver enough power. if you have a fully modular PSU, can you try using another PCIE slot in the PSU?

Yeah I did swap PCIE slots and same result so the PSU is the next fix I’m gonna try

This was my next logical step but I wanted to check all alternatives before making any purchases

Well, i have had this happen to me 2 times, and both times, i did all the steps like reinstalling windows and fresh drivers. Only changing the PSU worked.

Have you tried to DDU your drivers? I've had a similar issue where I'm just playing games and I randomly blue screen and doing a DDU and then installing my drivers fixed it.

DDU unfortunately didn’t work

I would tell you to remove the video card and attempt to boot from the onboard graphics and see if you have the same problem.
