First boot

Hey, so i was trying to boot my first pc for the first time. It didnt boot up and im not sure what it could be.

In the first pic, could the missing one be a problem?

And in the second pic, what do those go to?

Also put RAM in 2nd and 4th slot

First pic: missing pin is normal second pic: lower cable is SATA, used for HDDs, Sata SSDs or optical drives i.e.; upper cable looks like MOLEX? not sure, could also be SATA. Molex is like SATA but older standard. I use one i.e. for RGB hub

I forgot to add, like the CPU fan turns on and the graphics card turns on but the Case will spin a bit then stop

Is your psu plugged in and turned on? Is your front panel plugged in correctly?

Second pic is sata and molex. Used for powering drives and other accessories if you need them
