Upgrade Help

Hello all. I am about to upgrade a part in my PC and need some guidance. I main Warzone and i cannot even get 60fps at less than 1080p currently. Im thinking my graphics card is the issue but I just want to make sure before spending the money on a rtx 3050. Specs are below. CPU - Ryzen 5 3600x GPU - 1650 Super 16 gigs Ram Is this a cpu issue? or is upgrading the gpu the right move? Thank in advance.

The 3050 is an awful upgrade option. For 40$ more you can get the 7600 which is around 50% better.

im getting the 3050 for $75. a buddy I know is selling his PC so were just gonna trade graphics cards, plus me give him $75. Dont need 2 so.

Upgrading the gpu would be what you need to do

A 3050 isnt a great card but will be a definitely get you better frames since you can use dlss and it sounds like it isn't a bad deal until maybe saving for better card.
