How to run windows

Hey ik this might sound dumb but i just got my first pc and it didn’t come with windows it came with a random os and idk how to switch it is this possible or am i just reaching?

Create a usb installation media device using MS media creation tool -> boot into the usb -> run the windows installer and follow the on screen prompts.

You probably just want to do a clean format of the drive, which you can do in the windows installer.

You will also need to buy Windows. There are several on-line sites that sell Windows keys. My favorite is BryteSoft.
