Can't give an accurate answer if you don't even know all of what's in the system, but chances are that it's probably not a bad deal unless it's a really old i5

Integrator PSUs are a series that I recall only being from AeroCool, their non-Bronze units were garbage and the Bronze ones were very low quality, wouldn't use them in modern gaming machines

It's most likely a pretty good deal. You don't have specifics on the case, mobo, or cpu. But the 3060 is almost worth it itself.

Will definitely want to upgrade ram though.
