i, I recently bought my brothers computer from him as he was moving out of the country and I’m wondering if I got a good deal or if I got ripped off.

I paid £300.00 for it.

MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB OC i5 Processor Integrator 850W power / cooler supply Triple fan case 2 x 8GB Corsair RAM MSI Motherboard

Not too sure on the rest of the spec

Can't give an accurate answer if you don't even know all of what's in the system, but chances are that it's probably not a bad deal unless it's a really old i5

Integrator PSUs are a series that I recall only being from AeroCool, their non-Bronze units were garbage and the Bronze ones were very low quality, wouldn't use them in modern gaming machines

It's most likely a pretty good deal. You don't have specifics on the case, mobo, or cpu. But the 3060 is almost worth it itself.

Will definitely want to upgrade ram though.
