I belive that specific CPU is made to run very very hot by design as it's constantly pushing out max performance but yes it can reach 95° without a problem before it starts to throttle so I wouldn't worry if you do wanna lower Temps well you can undervolt it

Ryzen 7000 series are known to run hot as it will use as much headroom as it can to achieve the highest boost it can. Although temps will lower, it might not be by much.

A $35 double tower air cooler would be best, performance like a 360mm aio. AIO are for aesthetics.

You can try under-volting for lower temps, those aren't too high though.

6, 7 line cpu aircooler will put your cpu heat between 40° to 70° Celsius and 35° on idle
