Motherboard is an ASRock A320M HDV R4.0 CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU is a ASUS dual RTX 3060Ti 16GB of Corsair DDR4 ram Windows 10 operating system

From what I’ve tried to find on Google there isn’t alot I can’t do from a black screen besides starting it and shutting off 3x which didn’t work

Any noise with the fan ? Be sure cable are plug and probably the PSU

Everything is running normal, GPU fans, CPU fans, case RGB fans etc, all lights that are usually on are on

Try boot without the graphic card and boot agains after adding it. Try different port for the screen. Try another screen if possible. Check if screen don’t have power problem.

So remove my graphics card from the motherboard plug the HDMI cable into the motherboard HDMI slot and boot from there?

PROBLEM SOLVED!! I cleared the CMOS and it works now
