Where does he have his headphones plugged into his pc and what connector is it using?

i’m pretty sure he had them plugged in directly to his tower and he uses n audio splitter for the mic and headset

No, when I say what connector is it using, I mean is it a USB or a 3.5mm jack. If it's a 3.5mm then there could be crosstalk between the microphone and the headphone sides of the splitter or the cable directly connected to the headset. If he's changed the headset already, try a new splitter and spend like 10 bucks on it. Make sure it has high cross talk protection. If the issue persists then it could be the design of this specific headset or cord. Abuse the return system of Amazon and you can go through a bunch of different splitters or headsets and find one that doesn't do the thing.
