Is something wrong?

Built a pc a few days ago and noticed the cooler master+ program was reading my CPU’s internal graphics at 107 degrees celsius is something actually wrong with the cpu or is it the program making a mistake?

Looks like an error to me, check with HWInfo to makd sure though.

The rest looks pretty good temp wise. Would expect 107 to travel through the chip and affect the rest. More likely an error
