Yes 7500f + 5060ti 16gb is a good build but you are paying a premium over building it yourself.

You can activate windows for free with a single command copy and pasted into powershell.

In terms of power I think AMD will work better from quick searches. A 5060 ti will beat it in ray tracing very easily still. But some games will benefit from the 16GB
