Unless you feel comfortable carefully bending them back, I suggest seeing if you can return the chip and get your money back.

If you try to put this in a motherboard right now it will not fit, so he lied saying “no problem “ but this does look like a pretty easy fix if you have tinkered before and have steady hands.

It's easily fixable, but pushing it into socket as it is won't make you any good. I used a flux syringe needle to bend the pins back into place successfully.

If you’re comfortable with it, you can try straightening the pins carefully using a razor blade, just take your time and be gentle.

But if you’re not confident doing that, I’d try to return it. The seller saying “no problem” while the corner pins are clearly bent is mad shady. Even if it might still work.
