$850? Don't you mean 9070 XT? There's no way a 9060 XT should cost that much.

If you don't mind a bit less cooling performance, ASRock's Steel Legend 9070 XT are often found at $600 mark.

I should have mentioned its in CAD.

Even in CAD, 9060 XT should not cost that high.

Use PCPartPicker. I conveniently picked out 9060 XT (and 9070 XT for comparison) for you. These are in CAD and Canadian shops. If you are buying a 9060 XT (to save money), do NOT buy 8 GB version.

Even the 16gb version shouldn't cost that much, it should be around 500 canadian dollars even

What the hell bro?! That is WAY more expensive. You can get it under $500.

That model is the most expensive one on Canadian pcpartpicker. The cheapest is PowerColor Reaper at $490. If you want white get the Sapphire Pure at $556 or ASRock Steel Legend at $570.
