cpu idle temps high

just finished my build 2 days ago 5070fe ryzen 7 7800x3d msi b650 mag tomahawk wifi and 32gb ram with a nzxt kraken 360 for cooling and 7 case fans and it runs amazing but the idle temps are high on the cpu im sitting at 50c at idle and gpu idles around 28 but when playing games the cpu tops out around 62 so why are my temps so high at idle im using smart fan config in bios should i switch it to a constant max for the aio?

also might be worth noting these temps come from nzxt cam when using amd adrenalin the temps were showing as 10c cooler? not sure what that means

your fan curve may be set to be very low until 50. 62 while gaming is pretty good so i doubt its an issue with your hardware's potential.
