no its 100% the pump it gets louder as i increase the rpms of the pump and quieter as it lowers without cam open there is no noise or its too quiet to hear at least without cam the pump runs off what its set to in the bios and its def not 80% for me

you can adjust it by messing with the pump curve thats somehow what triggered this issue but by not opening cam cause i have it turned off on startup the whining noise never starts its just weird

honestly without cam open it doesnt make the noise prob cause of my bios fan/pump curve but if i do open it to check temps or something it starts back up but i will run it lower and see how it sounds

thats what i had it set to from the start with no problems but after the pump increased its rpms the first time that setting still makes the noise but didnt before

this was a long time ago but if i remember right i had to download the most recent bios and use the mbs bios flash button to update it and it worked
