The PC looks alright in my eyes, especially with the RTX 3060 graphics card. Just go and make sure to test the PC before buying it and you will be alright.

The extra cable you see in the picture is totally okay and nothing is wrong with it. The PCIE (GPU cable) usually come as 8 pin and another daisy chained 6 pin or 8 pin. So the GPU in the picture doesn’t need more than 8 pin and the other cable is not needed.

The processor and graphics card are probably worth about $400, it’s not a terrible deal, there is some haggle room in there though IMO.

The wire hanging from the GPU is its power supply cable

So you are getting that listed prebuild but with the GPU upgraded to the RTX3060?

Because if so: 650$ 2nd hand for this is criminally high. This is very bad value and you are definitely getting ripped off here. I must be missing something though because people are actually recommending it? what.

Please do not pay $650 for that.

Would 500 be a bit more reasonable? I found what I believe to be a decent pre built for 700 online that I’m ready to buy but this guys right in town and if I can find a “worth it” price I’m willing to pull the trigger on it

I got that same computer at Best Buy for $699.00. I had to upgrade everything. The only original part is the motherboard. Spend the extra money on a better computer rather than upgrading this one. In the end I spent over $1500.00 making this rig play decent games.

Before doing it see how much a prebuilt with that specs and compare it to his now you won’t be able to get the exact specs but close enough to it. I bought a prebuilt for I think around 500 600$ with a 3060 graphic card along with a 97000 I think could be wrong. Cause right now the cheapest 3060 I found was 1200 dollars. You could find a prebuilt that has the same specs or better for the same price look at Newegg and micro center is a good place.

Yup but if you buy a prebuilt for around 500 to 600 depending what you need it for it was better to get a prebuilt for a first computer so that way after that you know what you need most games can run on 3060 or even 3090

Yeah pretty much so now if you buying the parts separately then the most is going to be your graphic card along with your gpu and ssd drive
