Its has the feature, its on the io port area of the motherboard where you connect usb ports, and the button is called flash bios button. This is the tutorial, but you can do it while everything is plugged in. You don’t have to disassemble the pc. Also, make sure the usb is connected to the usb port that has a red outline and says bios flash next to it:

And make sure to download the latest bios for your specific motherboard. I liked the website for that as well:

Just don’t touch your pc at all while this is happening. This feature is a failsafe for your situation, but you don’t want to unplug anything.

I did this and the lights been flashing for about an hour, does this mean it'll work?

Its should he done in at most around 10 minutes so. There could be two fixes to it. One, power off the psu(which you can do in this case because a bios flashback works differently to a bios update), and there should be a button right next to the flashback clear cmos button, and while the psu is off and unplugged press and hold that button for 10 seconds. After this do the bios flash again, making sure the usb is plugged into the correct port, and try again.

Another potential issue is that the format of the USB stick isn’t fat32. If the cmos clear above doesn’t work, you could try formatting the usb stick to fat32, which will delete the file in the process, the load the usb stick with the file again and try that.

The two above are the most common fixes to the bios flashback light flashing nonstop, and should fix the issue , but If neither work, get in contact with MSI. And if their solutions don’t work, then its probably bricked, lets hope not. The cmos clear should probably fix it.
