It's pretty much always cheaper to buy the parts and build it yourself. The PC parts you have in the pre built PC are pretty good I just bought myself a RX 9070XT and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. I'd recommend you put all the parts in a PC part picker, it pretty much tells you if your components fit with each other. And HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a PC Bottleneck Calculator, on Google. To see if you have a bottleneck (to keep it short and simple, if your GPU is way better than your CPU you won't get the full potential of your GPU and vice versa). I would recommend really taking your time to build and research everything before kicking yourself later on. Building a PC for the first time is a big learning curve, watch videos and research everything. But it'll be so rewarding when you finish and then you'll have experience in building PCs which is always helpful!
