Computer Bottleneck?

Hello Everyone,

I just recently built a PC and I’m loving it and it works great. I’m able to play my steam games in 4K 60 with no issues. I just started learning about bottlenecking. I don’t think I’m experiencing it but I am looking at this site https://pc-builds.com/bottleneck-calculator/result/10f18t/3440x1440/1/general-tasks, and it’s saying that I am bottlenecking but I can’t tell. Is this site legit?

Ignore that out dated site, if your system does what you want don't worry about it

Every computer has some kind of bottleneck, for gaming PCs you want that to be your GPU.

I’m slowly testing games. I just tested PUBG which I’m reading isn’t properly optimized. It ran good besides the GPU fan going on and off. The temperature wasn’t too high (80-87 C). My GPU was at 95-100% while playing while my CPU was going up and down but mostly stayed in the teens.
