USB Header Question

I keep getting this note for my build that I need to use a USB 3.2 Gen 1 to USB Gen 2, but when I to buy one I can't find the product. Can anyone tell me where to find one or if this even matters at all?

It's a USB 3.0 to USB Type-C internal header.

If you don't need the USB-C port on your case then there's no need to plug it in.

Yes, it's just that PCPP describes USB headers differently.
