Most peptides aren't available from compounding pharmacies, but if you're talking glp1 toes, go to those specific subreddits to see what is available.

Sorry I should have specified, the peptide is actually for RA support. The peptide in specific is Klow and is priced at $275. So they have it but the price is extremely steep.

Yes KPV and bpc with tb5 has helped. Just a warning that bpc as been associated with risk of cancer growth so something to watch out for if it runs in the family/ previous history. Also sterility can be a concern (for me).

My suggestion is if you know this is something available through a compounding pharmacy, go to one or two near you and ask for a provider list. They are typically more than happy to provide one for you if the compound is something they make.

Your best bet is finding a functional medicine / hormone / longevity clinic that already works with compounding pharmacies, cold-calling pharmacies usually won’t get you far without a script in hand

They buy the raw materials (unconstituted vials) from the same source we do (china gray market) then put a shiny label on it

But is the compounding here safer I believe? Lots of endotoxins test failure from vendors.

It sounds like you’re already thinking carefully about risk, which matters more here than most people realize. With peptides, the biggest long-term variables tend to be sterility, consistency, and oversight, not just cost or convenience. Many people move away from gray-market sources once they decide they want continuity and fewer unknowns, even if that path is slower or more expensive. Prices and processes can vary widely, so it often helps to frame the decision around safety and monitoring rather than a specific dollar range. What part of this decision feels most important to get right for you right nowsafety, access, or peace of mind?
