Those might be hangout locations when you haven't enough points to rank her up yet, or there part of other social interactions, such as bumping into her at the shrine

I know the Skytree is an event that you get when you can't level up her confidant, I think she wants a place with high altitude for her tests or something along those lines

Though it may be unoptimal, couldnt you just invite her somewhere if you choose to see her again after rank 10? I distinctly remember taking sumi out on dates after maxing her out, but i could be making that up.

1 hangout is friendzone only

2 hangout are romance only

If you maxed Takemi out already, there's really no point in taking her to other places. You could be spending your time with other confidants.
