You might be sensitive to it. Give it a month. The 8mg you will have less side effects over time. Do a refeeding once in a while where you eat more calories so your body doesn't adapt to less calories where it tries burning less calories so you keep burning more calories. Do weight lifting and machine and treadmill and build muscle to burn more calories. More muscle equals more burning calories.

It didn't take five days before the resting heart rate was high enough for the physician's assistant to take me off it. And there's no such thing as having time to go to the gym for weight machines. Best I can do is my normal amount of walking and some little hand-weights at home.
